Intestinal Bacteria (Stool) Testing

   This paid service offered by public health centers may be specific to Japan, and the reason why we focus on preventing food products from contamination with human-mediated bacteria. 
 Some species of bacteria are known as pathogenic, including latent infection pathogens. We have selected the inspection items of these tests for the purpose of finding health carriers such as Shigella, Salmonella, Enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli, and so on.
 Workers involved in massive food manufacturing sites in particular, including school lunch suppliers and water supply operators, are strongly recommended to take these periodical bacteriology checks.
 In addition, these testing results are utilized for compliance assessments of the HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) codes.
